I am a member in good standing of the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors,  I am certified as a qualified Home Inspector by the West Virginia State Fire Marshal (License # HI4817960247-1007), I have passed the National Association of Home Inspectors national exam, I am an associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), I am a graduate of the Inspection Training Associates School for Home Inspectors, Manassas, VA.  

My background working with residential homes goes back to the early 1990s when I began remodeling homes.  I have an intimate working, hands-on, knowledge of what it takes to make a home work properly, and safely.
